Markus Ebner

M.Sc. Geology

In 2002 Markus Ebner obtained his B.Sc. in geology from the University of Calgary. Markus subsequently worked for three years as a well-site geologist, visiting every small town in Alberta, Northeast BC and southern Saskatchewan during the process. He returned to the University of Calgary to obtain a M.Sc. degree in geology, and currently works with Shell Energy Canada in the Deep Basin tight gas exploration team. In his spare time, Markus embarks on exciting ski or bike trips to remote corners of the Earth which also hide great geological tales.
